PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) for Xbox One receives new first-person modes

Before this calendar week, PlayerUnknown'southward Battlegrounds (PUBG) received its quaternary major update on Xbox 1, post-obit its debut via the Xbox Game Preview plan. Since release, the game's programmer, Bluehole, has been keen to deliver consistent improvements to the panel version, nigh recently adding support for start-person perspective (FPP) servers. As the proper noun suggests, when playing this mode, players are limited to a beginning-person view, which hugely changes up the dynamic of gameplay.

Following the addition of FPP servers, the game is now set to receive a new wave of matchmaking options on the console. As appear in a post to the PUBG forums by Lead Customs Director, Sammie Kang, FPP is at present set to expand to Duo and Squad play, pregnant upwardly to four players can now jump into the first-person action.

Unlike the initial FPP servers, which were accessible across NA, EU and OCE regions, today's changes merely affect those connected to NA and EU. Kang noted that going forwards, the team volition "continue to monitor player data" going forward, ahead of a rollout to farther regions.
